Dr Hector Anoruo

Dr. Hector Anoruo

Dr. Anoruo is the Dean of Studies at this noble institution. He is an interdisciplinary scholar, educator and programme leader with expertise in sustainability studies, political philosophy and business strategy.

He is a doctoral researcher in Environmental Engineering at UPC Barcelona, with research interests in sustainability transitions, governance, ESG, policy and business model innovation.

He holds a PhD, MA and BA in Philosophy from Imo State University, as well as an MBA from Paris School of Business.

Dr Chukwuemeka Echebiri

Dr. Chukwuemeka Echebiri

Dr. Echebiri is an Associate Professor of Organisation and Leadership Studies at the Inland School of Business and Social Sciences, Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, Lillehammer Campus.

His research focuses on employee-driven innovation, leadership, empowerment and working life, with a strong interest in how organisations unlock innovation through people-centred leadership.

Matthew Philip Nse

Matthew Philip Nse

Matthew Philip Nse brings extensive experience in business advisory, mentorship, regulatory compliance, facilitation and business planning.

His career includes work with major development and enterprise institutions, including the World Bank, GIZ, UNDP, the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, and the Enterprise Development Centre at Pan-Atlantic University.

Dr. Udochukwu U. Osuigwe

Dr. Udochukwu Osuigwe is a faculty member in the Entrepreneurship Stream at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), and a learning consultant and entrepreneur with a strong passion for education, leadership and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Philosophy from Urban University, Rome, an Advanced Diploma in Management and an MBA.

With experience supporting individuals and organisations, he focuses on practical learning, strategic thinking and entrepreneurial growth, helping learners translate knowledge into real-world impact.

Dr Anthony Okechukwu Izunobi, Ph.D.

Dr. Izunobi is a Lecturer in Banking and Finance at Kingsley Ozumba Mbadiwe University, Nigeria, with over a decade of experience in teaching, research and consultancy. He holds a PhD in Financial Management from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

His expertise focuses on financial markets, macroeconomic policy and digital finance, with publications in reputable academic journals. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (ICEN), and contributes to advancing finance education and research in emerging economies.

Engr Hector Akuta

Engr. Hector Akuta

Engr. Hector Akuta is a Research Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, with experience in advanced engineering systems and applied research. He contributes to innovative, data-driven solutions within a dynamic global research environme

His work centres on engineering innovation, applied technology and solving complex systems challenges, with a strong focus on translating research into real-world impact for industry and society.

Dr Magnus Chioma Orjiako

Dr. Magnus Chioma Orjiako, PhD

Dr. Magnus Chioma Orjiako is an academic, researcher and social historian with over 15 years of experience in higher education, specialising in History, International Studies and policy-oriented research.

He holds a PhD, MA and BA in History and International Studies (Social History), alongside qualifications in Secretarial Administration and Latin. He currently lectures at Imo State Polytechnic, Omuma.

His work explores education, skills development and emerging technologies for social transformation. He is also actively involved in several international academic and professional bodies relating to social research, addiction studies, policy and education.

Tolulope G. Frazer

Tolulope G. Frazer

Tolulope G. Frazer is an accomplished education consultant, trainer and founder of The Learning Pod, an educational consultancy dedicated to enhancing teaching standards, curriculum development and leadership training across schools and educational organisations.

With over two decades of experience in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, she has supported teacher development, school improvement programmes and mentoring initiatives for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people.

She holds degrees from Rome Business School Nigeria, the University of Lagos and the UK, and was recognised with the Outstanding Facilitator Award under the UNESCO-funded Port Harcourt World Book Capital Project for her contributions to literacy and education.
